Paul Lucas is a seasoned policy researcher specializing in sustainable development at PBL Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency since 2008. Prior experience includes roles as a climate/sustainability policy analyst at the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (MNP) from 2006 to 2008 and as a policy analyst focusing on post-Kyoto climate regimes at the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) between 2002 and 2005. Earlier in their career, Paul Lucas worked as a web developer at GX creative online development from 2000 to 2002. Paul Lucas holds a Master's degree in Informatical Chemistry from Radboud University, attained in 2001.
