Ryan Lillard is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assessment and Development Specialist at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County since April 2014. Previously, Ryan held the position of Project Associate at the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness from September 2010 to August 2012. Additionally, Ryan contributed as a Research Assistant in the NASA FOCUS Lab and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Statistics for Behavioral Science at Middle Tennessee State University from March 2011 to June 2012. Prior roles include Title Law Paralegal at Shapiro & Swertfeger, LLP and Office Manager/Real Estate Paralegal at Attorney Title Services. Ryan earned a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College.
