Shalev Cohanim is an experienced operations team member at Paz - yellow since December 2022, specializing in process optimization and Excel automation. Prior to this role, Shalev served as a Customer Relations Manager at John Bryce, focusing on administrative solutions and SAP system management between December 2021 and December 2022. Previous experience includes managing a customer portfolio and achieving sales targets at Icsc - Israeli Customer Solution Center from June 2018 to October 2020, as well as providing technical support at HP - Support Center. Shalev holds a degree as a Full Stack Developer from KERNELiOS and a Software Technician degree from ORT Colleges, along with a background in Computer Science, Economics, and Entrepreneurship from Shay Agnon.
