Lizzie Janik began their work experience in 2013 as a Fitness Instructor at Wilfrid Laurier University, where they motivated and led individuals in physical exercise routines and classes. Lizzie also provided fitness tips and information at fairs and fundraisers. In 2016, they interned at Allied Integrated Marketing as a Film Publicity and Promotions Intern, securing grassroots promotions for Warner Bros. Pictures Canada on various theatrical releases. In 2017, they joined Loblaw Companies Limited as a Customer Service Manager, Supervisor, and Peer Recruiter, and later became the Click and Collect Ecommerce Manager. From 2019, they worked at Payworks Payroll Services Canada as a Sales Support Associate and then as a Sales Consultant Mid-Market.
