Al-Ameen Kabba has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 with DAL Global Services, LLC as a Ramp Agent. In 2014, they were an Fan Development Intern at Stony Brook University Athletics Department. In 2015, they were a Co Owner at Quality For Queens, LLC and a Project Manager at Toxicology Consulting Group. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Inside Sales Consultant at Main Street Hub and an Area Manager at Amazon. In 2019, they were a City Operation Manager at Ohi. Currently, they are the Founder & CEO at Payvmnt, a platform that builds better routing and mapping software by capturing driver intelligence in real-time.

Al-Ameen Kabba obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, International Business, and Entrepreneurship from Stony Brook University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Borough of Manhattan Community College from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from ASQ - World Headquarters.
