Nikhil Mehta has extensive work experience in the payments, banking, and retail industries. Nikhil is currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Partnerships & Payments Strategy at PayU. Prior to this, they held a senior director role at Visa, where they focused on strategy and product solutions for merchant acceptance in India & South Asia. Before joining Visa, Mehta worked at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited as a Product Development & Business Head, where they developed a platform to digitize merchants' businesses by integrating in-store and online operations. Nikhil also served as the General Manager - Merchant Business at Atos Worldline and held the role of Regional Sales Director at Reliance Media World (Big FM). Mehta's earlier experiences include working as Vice President at HSBC, where they specialized in cash management for the FMCG, consumer goods, and retail sectors, and as an Area Sales Manager at Marico Limited.

Nikhil Mehta completed their MBA in Marketing from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) from 1999 to 2001. Before that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Commerce & Economics from MMK College from 1993 to 1998. Nikhil'ssecondary education was completed at St. Theresa's High School from 1983 to 1993.
