Zainab Shukri has held various roles in the Human Resources and customer service fields since 2013. Zainab began their career as the Registrar at the American Cultural and Educational Center in 2013. In 2015, they were the Dental Center Supervisor at Dr. Mariam Habib Dental Clinic. In 2016, they were the High School Secretary at Abdulrahman Kanoo International School and the Customer Service Representative at Qatar Airways. Since 2017, they have been the Group Human Resources Manager, Supervisor, and Human Resources Officer at PayTabs. During their role as Human Resources Officer, they created an HR organization for both expatriates and local national hires, helped to facilitate the redesign of core business operations, and drove the transition from outdated HR systems into a fully integrated HRIS platform from BambooHR.

Zainab Shukri has an extensive educational background. Zainab obtained their Diploma in Business from Bahrain Polytechnic between 2014 and 2015. Zainab then went on to pursue a Bachelor's in International Business Studies from AMA University between 2015 and 2018. After that, they completed their Bahrain Labor Law from Victory Training & Development Institute in 2019. Additionally, they have two certifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Level 5 in 2013 and a Level 3 in 2012.
