Kurian George's work experience includes roles as the Founder and CEO of Spoon, a company focused on financial innovation for Gen Z. Kurian also served as an Investor at Campus IQ from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, Kurian was the Founder of Cerebtech, a consulting and IT solutions provider, from 2015 to 2020. Kurian also held the position of Vice President, Business Development-Enterprise Mobility at Geojit Technologies (BNP Paribas Group) from 2013 to 2014. In this role, they were responsible for strategic alliances, supporting internal teams and clients, and evangelizing mobility solutions.

Kurian George pursued an MBA in Information Systems and Logistics from Missouri State University, completing the degree program from 2009 to 2011.
