Carla White is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Communications at PaySpace by Deel since May 2023. In addition to this role, Carla is the Director and Communication Strategist at Storymakers, consulting on various brands including PayJustNow and Virgin Active, where previous roles included Communications Consultant, Marketing Director, and Head of Strategic Communications from 2017 to 2022. Carla also played a significant role at the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa as Launch Director of Communication and served as Head of Communications and Spokesperson at V&A Waterfront. Early career experience includes leading a team at Magna Carta Reputation Management Consultants and working as a freelance marketing consultant. Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Linguistics from Rhodes University.
