Minde Stone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and HR operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition at Payscale since April 2022, Minde has previously held significant roles at Corizon Health and Bryan Health, including Senior Director of Total Rewards and Total Rewards Director, respectively. Minde began a career in HR at Lincoln Industries, progressing from Employment Specialist to Manager of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS. The foundational years included recruiting and sales at Oasis Staffing. Minde holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Marketing from Doane University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
