Matt Farren is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the human resources and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Sales at Payscale since March 2021, Farren previously held the position of Enterprise Account Executive at Payfactors from January 2016 until its merger with Payscale. Prior to that, Farren worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Achievers and served as a Strategic Account Executive at Kenexa, an IBM Company. Farren's career also includes roles as an Enterprise Sales Executive at Salary.com and an Enterprise Account Executive at KnowledgeStorm, as well as a Sales Executive at Iron Mountain.
