Kim Fowkes is a seasoned professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Payscale since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kim held several positions at WTW from October 2008 to September 2022, including Associate Director and North America Client Care Leader. Earlier in Kim's career, a decade was spent at California Pizza Kitchen as a Certified Service Trainer. Kim completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Montclair State University between 2004 and 2008.
