Paulius Joksas serves as the Deputy CEO and a member of the Management Board at PayRay Bank, where leadership encompasses overseeing the Baltic business and serving as Country Manager. With a focus on providing working capital financing solutions for SMEs, Paulius has extensive experience in the banking sector, having held key positions at Swedbank from 2004 to 2018, including Head of Factoring and Trade Finance sales support department and Head of Financing Sales Support Sub-department. Educational qualifications include a Masterā€™s Degree in Economics from Central European University, a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Finance and Economics from Vilnius University, and executive leadership training from London Business School. Paulius also completed Board Member Education at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
