Paul Weston has over 25 years of experience in the field of network engineering. Paul began their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 1995 as a Network Engineer, where they provided support for Corporate Network operations and IBM Midrange systems. Paul then moved to IBM in 2003 as a Network Engineer before joining JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in 2005. At JPMorgan, they held various roles, including EMEA Tier-3 Network Engineer and Global Tier-3 Network Engineer, where they provided support for network operations and project management. In 2021, Paul Weston joined PayPoint plc as the Lead Network Reliability Engineer.

Paul Weston attended East Herts Regional College from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies. Their field of study was in computing.
