Michael Young has over 15 years of experience in database management and reliability engineering, currently serving as Manager of Database Reliability Engineering at PayPoint plc since August 2015. Previously, Michael held roles as SQL Technical Team Lead and Database Administrator within the same organization. Prior to PayPoint, Michael worked at Access Group from August 2007 to July 2015 as a Development Services Consultant. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
