Usman Ahmed has extensive experience in public affairs, policy, and legal counsel, holding multiple leadership positions at PayPal, including Head of Global Public Affairs and Strategic Research, Head of Global Public Policy and Research, and Head of Global Public Policy within Corporate Affairs and Government Relations. Prior to PayPal, Usman served as Policy Counsel, IP Counsel, and Legal Fellow at eBay. Additionally, Usman contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University. Usman holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Master of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies from Georgetown University.
