Matthew L. is an experienced finance leader currently serving as the VP and Head of Global Markets Finance at PayPal since March 2010, where involvement in the Global Markets Leadership Team has facilitated the development of high-performing teams across four continents. Prior to PayPal, Matthew L. held positions at Barclays in strategy, analytics, and FP&A, and at Major League Lacrosse with the Philadelphia Barrage. Additional roles included portfolio optimization at Advanta Bank Corp. and business development at Vanguard. Matthew L. holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems from Villanova University, earned from 2000 to 2004.
