KC Sin CPA is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in international compensation, benefits, and regulatory affairs across multiple global financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of International Compensation and Regulatory Compensation Lead at PayPal since September 2021, KC is responsible for remuneration regulation and pay equity initiatives across APAC, European, and LATAM regions. Prior to this role, KC held prominent positions at Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan as Managing Director, overseeing compensation and benefits strategies. KC's tenure at BlackRock involved leading global rewards operations and talent mobility, while earlier roles at Fidelity International, Lehman Brothers, and Deloitte & Touche provided a robust foundation in expatriate tax and HR operations. KC holds a BA in Commerce and French from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
