Jeffrey Levine is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as SVP Legal, Chief Global Product, Credit, Marketing & Regulatory Counsel at PayPal since December 2014, Jeffrey leads a legal team of 43 professionals supporting a wide range of operations across North and South America, including the PayPal Credit business. Prior to PayPal, Jeffrey held the position of Partner at Hudson Cook, LLP, focusing on consumer financial protection and fair lending laws. From August 1993 to May 2013, Jeffrey served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Chase Auto Finance and Chase Student Loans at JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities included legal and compliance oversight for both businesses. Jeffrey's career also includes leadership roles at Scarborough and Company and Route 110 Associates, Inc., as well as early experience as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges. Jeffrey earned a J.D. from St. John's Law School in 1988.
