Ian Mulroy has over nine years of experience at PayPal, holding various leadership roles, including Lead Team Leader for UK and EMEA Internal Consultancy and Advice, as well as Seller Fraud Operations. Responsibilities included coaching and mentoring fraud departments, providing guidance to customer service, and conducting in-depth reviews of potentially fraudulent accounts. Prior to PayPal, Ian worked at Suretank Group in stock control and dispatch. Ian holds an International Advanced Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention from The University of Manchester and completed secondary education at Dundalk Grammar School.
