Clara Lee is an accomplished product management executive currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management for Service Experience at PayPal since September 2024. Clara is also a member of Chief since September 2022. Prior to this role, Clara held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Hootsuite from September 2023 to September 2024 and at Automattic from 2019 to 2023, where responsibilities included product management and operations for WooCommerce. Clara's experience further extends to Clara Lee Consulting, providing market strategy consulting for heavy industrial companies, and various roles at Apple from 2011 to 2018 in partner and product marketing and worldwide product operations. Clara's early career included strategic consulting at Deloitte Consulting and underwriting at The Travelers Group. Clara holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in English Literature and Psychology from Bowdoin College.
