Chamon Gayton possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and compliance leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Cybersecurity at PayPal since October 2022, Chamon leads a cloud security engineering team across various business units. Previously, Chamon was the Chief Executive Officer at Pefair Consulting and held multiple roles at Zoom for Government, including Security Operations Manager and Sr. Technical Compliance Manager, where compliance frameworks like FedRAMP were established. Earlier experiences include serving as FedRAMP Program Manager at SailPoint, Senior Associate at Schellman & Company, and various positions at VMware, alongside a role as LAN Manager for the US Army. Chamon holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
