Bathula Polaiah is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as Head of Engineering, Sales Tech, and PayPal Hyderabad Site Leader at PayPal since January 2021, Bathula also holds the position of Director for PayPal Identity Engineering. Prior to this, Bathula played a significant role at ADP, progressing from Senior Project Leader to Senior Director between 2005 and 2020. Bathula's career includes positions at Ness Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer and at Oracle India as a Member Technical. Bathula holds a PGP Pro in Business Administration and Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and an MCA in Software from Andhra University.
