Alice Owen is an experienced UX researcher currently serving as the Lead UX Researcher at Reserve, focusing on accessible financial solutions. Previously, Alice held the position of Head of User Research at Multiplica, managing a team of 12 researchers and collaborating on diverse projects across South America, while also advising clients such as HSBC, Walmart, and eBay. Alice is a co-founder of Gubler and Doctor Experto, both innovative ventures aimed at improving healthcare communication and access to verified medical professionals. With a solid background in marketing and corporate relations, Alice has also directed roles in various organizations and completed multiple relevant educational courses in UX and marketing.
