Vernon Lesser, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Vernon is currently serving as the President of Bull Market Business Funding Solutions since December 2016. Additionally, they are involved in real estate development as a Real Estate Developer at Historical Investments, LLC, starting in September 2021.

Vernon has also held various roles at Paynuity, where they began as the Chief Risk Officer and Banking Liaison in August 2019. Vernon later became a Member of the Board of Directors in August 2021. Paynuity is a fintech company focused on providing excellent customer service and pricing in the credit card industry.

In their role as Treasurer and Board Director at American Heroes for North Carolina, Vernon contributes to the organization's mission. Vernon has been in this position since July 2020.

Prior to their current roles, Vernon owned Impact Flooring Solutions from October 2010 to December 2021. Vernon also served as the National Sales Director at Crawford Textiles from January 2011 to October 2015, where they developed and launched a premium sock brand targeting diabetics, athletes, and military/law enforcement markets.

Vernon's career began at Lindberg Services Group, where they served as the President from July 2000 to January 2011.

Vernon Lesser, MBA, has an extensive education history that spans over the years. Vernon began their academic journey in 1985 at Alief Elsik High School, where they completed their high school education in 1989. After this, they attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1989 to 1990, focusing on engineering. Following that, from 1990 to 1994, Vernon attended Austin Peay State University and obtained a B.B.A in Finance and Marketing.

In their pursuit of further knowledge, Vernon pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1994 and 1995, concentrating on finance.

In addition to their formal education, Vernon has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills and expertise. Vernon obtained the Business and Commercial Banking Certification from the American Bankers Association in June 2020. In March 2018, they completed the Certified Coleman SBA Loan Broker program offered by Coleman Training. Earlier, in January 2017, Vernon obtained the Commercial Loan Broker Graduate certification from Commercial Capital Training Group.
