Farhan Ahmad currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer at PayNet, the national payments network for Malaysia, focusing on empowering the country's digital economy through a wide array of payment solutions. With extensive experience in the financial services sector, Farhan played pivotal roles at U.S. Bank as Chief Digital Officer, and as Founder & Executive Chairman of Bento for Business, leading its successful acquisition by U.S. Bank. Other significant positions include Managing Director at Barclaycard, Global Head of Emerging Payments at Discover Financial Services, and strategic roles at JPMorgan Chase and Aceva Technologies. Farhan is also an official member of the Forbes Finance Council and has a strong educational background with a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an International Baccalaureate from UWC South East Asia.
