Haytham Refaat is a seasoned professional in product delivery and service management with extensive experience in telecommunications and digital services. Currently serving as Product Delivery Lead at Paymob since October 2021, Haytham also holds the position of Service Manager at Mondia Media Group since December 2017, focusing on Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) services quality assurance in the Egyptian and Algerian markets. Prior to these roles, Haytham worked at ARPU Telecommunication Services from July 2008 to November 2016, where responsibilities included managing RBT (Ring Back Tone) content administration and ensuring timely uploads for Mobinil, along with various specializations within commercial operations.
