Mohammad Wael Rabie has a diverse work experience. Mohammad has been a Business Development Consultant at AZA since 2021 and at Orkest Consulting since 2019. Mohammad was also the Founder and CEO of PayMint from 2019. Prior to this, they worked at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) from 2010 to 2019, where they held the roles of Prepaid Portfolio Development Manager and Marketing Specialist, Call Center Supervisor, and Call Center Representative. As the Prepaid Portfolio Development Manager and Marketing Specialist, they conducted market analysis, data collection, profitability models, and new products proposals.
Mohammad Wael Rabie completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Al-Azhar University in 2010. From 2008-2010, they studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at AUC - School of Continuing Education and from 2009-2011, they studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General at AUC - School of Continuing Education. In 2016, they completed an Associate retail banker degree from Retail Banking Academy in the field of Retail Banking. Mohammad obtained a HR Management Certificate from AUC - School of Continuing Education in October 2010, a Marketing Certificate from AUC - School of Continuing Education in September 2008, a Digital transformation course from Euromoney Learning in March 2019, and a Growth Hacking Tips certification from LinkedIn in July 2022.
