Most recently, Rick has served as CEO for two companies, Motionsoft and Softgate Systems. At Motionsoft he orchestrated a turnaround that resulted in recurring bookings growing by 15% annually and a successful acquisition by Daxko Holdings in less than 2 years. At Softgate he developed and managed a strategic operating plan resulting in the company’s transformation to a $3.2 EBITDA positive business from ($1.8M) in less than 5 years, and he was instrumental in the company’s eventual successful acquisition by TIO Networks (subsequently PayPal). Rick has additional experience as the VP of sales for Princeton eCom. where he grew annual revenue from $12M to $42M and was a key member of the team who negotiated the company's successful $190M acquisition by Online Resources.
