Mikhail Naumov has a long and varied work history. In 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Paylode, a SaaS Platform powering the Ancillary Partnerships Economy. From 2014-2020, they were the Co-Founder & President, as well as a Board Director of DigitalGenius, a Customer Service Automation B2B SaaS Platform. In 2012, they were named to the Forbes "30 Under 30" for Enterprise Technology. From 2009-2012, they were the Co-Founder and Director of The GREEN Program, an experiential education company focused on emerging tech. In 2007, they were a LBR Representative for Google Maps and AdSense. In 2006, they had a Financial Services Internship at Morgan Stanley while in High School.

Mikhail Naumov attended Rutgers University from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Rutgers Undergraduate Business School in Supply Chain Management and Digital Media.
