Steve Beauchamp

Executive Chairman at Paylocity

Steve Beauchamp is the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Paylocity. Steve has over 25 years of experience in the payroll and human resources industry.

Steve began their career in 1995 as a Financial Services Manager at ADP. In this role, they were responsible for providing support to clients and handling payroll processing. Steve then moved to Payroll Central in 1999, where they served as President for two years. In 2001, they joined Advantage Payroll Services as Vice President of Payroll Operations. Steve oversaw 23 branch locations and 50,000 clients before the company was acquired by Paychex in 2002.

At Paychex, Steve served as Vice President of Product Management from 2002 to 2007. In this role, they were responsible for product strategy across all lines of business, including payroll, HR, time and labor, 401(k), ASO/PEO, and insurance services. Steve also led the HR online software operation and the corporate mergers and acquisition function for Paychex.

In 2007, Steve left Paychex to co-found Paylocity, where they have served as Co-Chief Executive Officer for the past 13 years. Under their leadership, Paylocity has become a leading provider of cloud-based payroll and human capital management solutions.

Steve Beauchamp's educational career includes completing a MBA at Queen's University and a Bachelors of Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University.
