Jason Ducharme is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving sales team development and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Area Vice President of Virtual and International Sales at Paylocity since January 2019, Jason is responsible for establishing and expanding sales teams in the Emerging Markets division. Previously, Jason held the position of Vice President of Sales for the North Florida Region at ADP, overseeing 60+ sales representatives, and managed a team of 30 sales representatives in the Jacksonville, FL area. Earlier experience includes serving as District Manager at Sysco Foods, where Jason managed 8 sales representatives. Jason holds a BA in Accounting and Business/Management from Flagler College, earned from 1993 to 1997.
