Chris Stratton has over fifteen years of experience in sales leadership. Chris is currently the Vice President of Sales at Paylocity, a position they have held since January 2019. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Sales for Pardot at Salesforce from April 2017 to January 2019. Chris has also served as the Division Vice President of Sales for the Southeast at ADP from February 2005 to December 2016.
Chris has a proven track record of success in sales. At Salesforce, they were promoted to lead the Pardot Marketing Automation sales organization for the East after only eleven months. In this role, they achieved 100% associate retention and 15%+ growth. At ADP, they led a sales organization of 8 direct report VPs, 32 Sales Directors, and 300+ Sales associates. Chris was responsible for delivering $38M and 12,000 new logos annually. During their tenure as DVP, they coached and developed 46 Leadership Development Program graduates, promoted 20 Sales Directors, and 5 VPs. Chris also led all of ADP in first appointment average/producer/week and generated 92% of new units through channel distribution referral sales model. In FY 16, they achieved 103.4% of plan and qualified for 9th ADP President's Club.
Chris is a highly successful sales leader with a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams. Chris is currently VP, Sales at Paylocity where they oversee all sales operations for the company.
Chris Stratton has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgia Southern University.
