Shay Aldriedge has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Shay started their career as a Project Coordinator at The Covenant Group in 2012 before transitioning to the role of Online Marketing Specialist at Sagora Senior Living : A Covenant Group Company in 2013. At Sagora Senior Living, Shay was responsible for conducting competitor research, managing online presence and reviews, and overseeing social media and advertising initiatives.
In 2015, Shay joined iProspect as a Sr. Associate, Paid Search. In this role, they collaborated with large hotelier eCommerce teams to optimize properties using Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Yahoo Gemini. Shay also managed monthly budgets, conducted testing and innovation projects, and utilized platforms such as Kenshoo and DoubleClick for reporting and project work.
In 2015, Shay also took on the role of Marketing Director at Montagu Wines, where they were responsible for strategic marketing initiatives.
Currently, Shay holds the position of Director of Marketing at Payless Power. Shay'srole, which they started in December 2019, involves leading marketing strategies and initiatives for the company. Prior to this, they were the Marketing Manager at Payless Power from November 2018 to December 2019, where they played a crucial role in various marketing activities. Furthermore, Shay served as the Digital Marketing Manager at Payless Power from October 2016 to November 2018, where they oversaw digital marketing efforts for the organization.
Shay Aldriedge earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Abilene Christian University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Shay has obtained certifications as a Yahoo Gemini Search Accredited Professional from Yahoo in July 2016 and as a Bing Ads Accredited Professional from Microsoft in April 2016.
