Caroline Gregori has held various roles in the legal field since 2012. From 2012-2013, they were a "Fille au Pair" in the United States. In 2016, they were a Juriste Stagiaire at AT Internet, where they were responsible for drafting and negotiating French and international contracts, managing the termination process, and conducting legal research on European and CNIL regulations related to personal data. In the same year, they were a Juriste at Capio, where they harmonized contracts with doctors and managed the new clinic Croix du Sud. From 2017-2020, they worked at Coface as a Juriste Généraliste and Juriste Contrats Achats, negotiating insurance policies, providing advice to various departments, and managing GDPR clauses. In 2020, they were a Juriste at Ayming, where they drafted and negotiated client services contracts, NDAs, strategic partnerships, and supplier contracts. Currently, they are the Head of Legal and DPO at PayLead.
Caroline Gregori has a background in law and economics. Caroline obtained a Double Licence in Droit et Economie from Toulouse School of Economics between 2010 and 2013. Caroline then completed a Master 1 (M1) in Droit international, européen et comparé from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in 2014 and 2015. Finally, they obtained a Master 2 (M2) in Droit international et comparé from the same university in 2015 and 2016.
