Head Of Customer Service at Payla

Christian Thamm has been working in the customer service industry since 2010. Christian started as a Customer Service Professional at Sitel, then moved on to become a Teamleiter and Operations Manager. In 2020, they joined Diabolocom as a Presales & Services Manager and, in 2021, they were appointed as Head of Customer Service at Payla.

Christian Thamm obtained a degree in Büromanagement und -verwaltung from Oberstufenzentrum Dahme- Spreewald between 2007 and 2010. In 2017, they obtained the TBSVS: Sales & Service Executive Manager certification from Deutsche Telekom. In 2020, they obtained the Scrum - Grundlagen and Scrum für Fortgeschrittene certifications from LinkedIn.
