Armando Rand has a work experience that spans over several years. Armando started their career in 1990 as a Sales Executive at ACT Litigation Services, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they joined PayForward as the President, a position they currently hold.

Armando Rand obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from California State University, Northridge, completing their studies between 1996 and 1998.
