Marc Mullis is the Founder and CEO of Payformance Partners, a role held since April 2013, where expertise focuses on human resources strategy consulting, particularly in compensation design, HR technology implementations, and employee engagement. Prior experience includes serving as Global Head of Compensation at EnPro Industries Inc. from October 2013 to August 2018, responsible for designing and implementing compensation management and international assignee programs. Between March 2006 and April 2013, Marc worked as Compensation & Performance Manager at Lendlease, overseeing compensation and performance management programs in North and South America. Additional positions include AVP, Compensation Consultant at Bank of America and Compensation Consultant at Time Warner Cable. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College of Charleston, earned in 1996.
