Elva Guerra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and client services. Currently serving as the Director of HR and Client Services at Payday since April 2011, Elva emphasizes a people-centric approach to HR, payroll, and benefits management. Prior experience includes a role as the Director of Human Resources at BH Management Services, managing a workforce of 1,125 employees from 2001 until February 2011. Elva's education includes attendance at Pioneer Service School from 2011 to the present, along with studies at The University of Texas at El Paso and Odessa College.
