Erdem Y. has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Erdem started their career as a Tester at uTest in April 2020 and worked there until May 2021. After that, they joined UTOPIC HOTEL as a Test Automation Engineer from June 2021 to September 2021. During their time at UTOPIC HOTEL, Erdem performed manual tests, created future files for BDD with Cucumber, and developed a Java-based library to read test data from XML and Properties files.

Following their role at UTOPIC HOTEL, Erdem joined ideogram-bank as a Test Automation Engineer from September 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they developed numerous test plans and test cases, automated UI testing using frameworks like Selenium, Java, TestNG, and Cucumber Junit, employed BDD, and implemented data-driven frameworks, resulting in a significant time-saving of approximately 40%.

Most recently, Erdem worked at Medunna Hospital as a Test Automation Engineer from December 2021 to January 2022. During their tenure, they developed test plans, test sets, and test cases, created feature files using Cucumber for BDD, and automated UI testing using frameworks like Selenium, Java, TestNG, and Cucumber Junit.

Currently, Erdem is working as a QA Engineer at Payconiq International starting from April 2022.

Erdem Y. obtained a Master's degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from the Aeronautics and Space Technologies Institute – Istanbul between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field from Istanbul Technical University from 1999 to 2003. Recently, in 2021, Erdem Y. pursued a course in Information Technology at TechProEduction, although the specific degree attained is not mentioned.
