Omar Ortega is a Senior Channel Marketer at Paycom since April 2023, responsible for developing marketing strategies and production of marketing and advertising assets to enhance demos for HR/payroll software. Previously, Omar served as an Account Executive at iNSPIRE! from December 2012 to November 2017, providing client services across various industries, and was promoted from Assistant Account Executive in December 2013. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Coordinator at Moroch from August 2010 to December 2012, managing accounts for McDonald's in multiple Texas markets, and starting as a full-time intern in May 2010. Omar holds a BBA in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma, earned between 2006 and 2010.
