Rich DellaPietra is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and program management. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer and IT Program Manager at Paychex since July 2014, Rich has been instrumental in executing program vision and strategy while enhancing productivity through organizational adjustments. Prior roles include Lead Developer at Solu Technology Partners, where Rich led a multi-year system conversion, and Director of Development at Catalyst Direct, overseeing a development team and collaborating on project requirements. Additional experience includes managing software teams at NetSetGo, Inc. and early career as a Software Engineer at West Group. Rich holds a BBA in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
