Ersin Ersoy, MBA, PhD, serves as the Head of Mobile Payment, Data Analytics, and R&D Governance at Paycell, overseeing multiple domains with a team of over 30 engineers and managing a high-traffic mobile payment product. Ersin is also a Lecturer in Computer Science at Üsküdar Üniversitesi. Previously at Turkcell, Ersin held various managerial roles including Collection, Risk and Insurance Solutions Manager, and Paycell Applications & Insurance Solutions Manager, where responsibilities spanned IT delivery and team management for fintech and mobile applications. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MSc in Computer Engineering from Özyeğin University, an MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University, and multiple degrees in Computer Engineering and related fields.
