Eray Çöte is an Expert Growth Manager at Paycell since March 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in payment systems and portfolio management. Previously held the role of Senior Specialist in Merchant Portfolio Management at Garanti BBVA Ödeme Sistemleri from June 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing inactive merchants' campaigns and analyzing target audiences. Eray's expertise extends to HSBC, where a three-year tenure included specialist and assistant specialist roles in Credit Cards Portfolio Management, focusing on debt processes, revenue estimation, and campaign management during the Covid-19 pandemic. Early career experience includes positions as a Junior Financial Controller at Clariant and internships at HSBC and Yapı Kredi, alongside participation in the Work and Travel Programme at Chase on the Lake Resort & Spa. Eray is currently pursuing an MBA at Istanbul Bilgi University, expected to complete in June 2024, following a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics from Marmara University.
