Gabriel Jose Cebrian Chaustre began their professional career in 2020 as an IT Intern at Abbott. Later that year, they took on the role of Workday Integrations Trainee at BNB - Business Network Builders. In 2021, they were an Analyst at MINSAIT, and in 2022 they became the Lead Engineer at PayCaddy (YC W22).

Gabriel Jose Cebrian Chaustre began their educational journey in 2001 at Colegio Emil Friedman. Gabriel Jose then attended Universidad Simón Bolívar from 2013 to 2014 where they earned a degree in Ingenieria Telecomunicaciones. From 2014 to 2020, they attended Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, earning an Ingenieria Telematica degree in the field of Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones. In 2018 to 2019, they were an exchange student at AGH University of Science and Technology. Finally, in 2020 to 2021, they completed a Master in Internet of Things at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
