Baqir Raza Rajpur is an experienced IT professional with a background in service desk support, product ownership, and business analysis. Currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst at TransLink since April 2023, Baqir manages user requests and access through Active Directory. Prior roles include Product Owner at Impark, where Baqir collaborated with stakeholders to define product vision and led agile meetings, and Business Analyst at BC Hydro, involved in creating project requirement documents and coordinating various project meetings. Baqir began career at Shaw Communications as a Technical Support Representative, mastering several platforms and mentoring team members, and has also supported business users at ICBC. Baqir holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Simon Fraser University and additional qualifications in computer science and information technology from multiple institutions.
