Maksims Nemcenko has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT and telecommunications industry. Maksims is currently working as a Project Manager at paybis.com since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cognizant as a Senior Manager from May 2018 to May 2021.

Before joining Cognizant, Maksims held multiple roles at Tele2, including Group Manager, Service Delivery Change from December 2015 to April 2018, Product Owner from April 2015 to November 2015, Solution Problem Coordinator from November 2014 to November 2015, and Delivery Manager from May 2012 to November 2014.

Maksims also gained experience at Accenture, where they worked as an NSN Operational Development Lead from July 2011 to May 2012 and as a Business Analyst at Nokia Siemens Networks from May 2011 to July 2011.

Additionally, Maksims worked at Accenture as a PMO Lead at ERGO from June 2010 to January 2011 and as a PMO/SMO specialist at Nokia Siemens Networks from November 2008 to June 2010.

Lastly, they started their career at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group as a Nordic, Baltic & Russia IT coordinator from July 2006 to September 2008.

Maksims Nemcenko completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI) from 2001 to 2006. Following this, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration at RISEBA University. In addition to their formal education, in December 2015, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® from the Scrum Alliance.
