Megan Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Megan began their career as a Member Services Representative at Financial Resources Federal Credit Union in 2011, where they provided assistance to members until 2014. Megan then joined Affinity Federal Credit Union as a Relationship Specialist, where they built consumer relationships, opened new accounts, and resolved service issues.

In 2015, Megan transitioned to Fiserv as a Digital Product Service Delivery Specialist/Team Lead. In this role, they managed a team and led wallet implementations for financial institution clients, collaborating with industry giants such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
