Harikrishna Ramachandran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Harikrishna started their career at Thomson Reuters in 2004 as a Market Analyst, where they analyzed and updated financial information for Reuters Knowledge for Investment Managers. Harikrishna also provided company performance summaries for Yahoo Finance.

In 2006, Harikrishna joined Goldman Sachs as a Vice President. During their tenure, they held various roles and responsibilities, including managing Regulatory Operations Department Risk for the Asia Region and leading different teams in Derivative Operations. Harikrishna gained expertise in risk assessment, process flows, and change management. Harikrishna was also involved in developing future leaders within the organization.

Since 2018, Harikrishna has been working at Paxos as a Strategic Operations Manager - APAC. In this role, they are part of a team redefining financial infrastructure through blockchain solutions. Harikrishna played a key role in building the Singapore office and has been a regional leader.

From 1999 to 2002, Harikrishna attended the University of Mumbai and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a field of study in Accounting and Related Services.

From 2002 to 2004, Harikrishna pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at IBS Hyderabad, focusing on Finance.

In 2017, Harikrishna enrolled in the Nanyang Business School and completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA Fellows program, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

In 2018, Harikrishna participated in various advanced management programs. First, they attended the Berkeley - Nanyang Advanced Management Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, with a focus on Innovation and Leadership. Later in the same year, Harikrishna completed the Excellence in Finance Program at The Wharton School, specializing in Corporate Finance. Additionally, they participated in the Advanced Management Program on Public Policy at Georgetown University, with a field of study in Public Policy Analysis.

Apart from their formal education, Harikrishna also obtained two additional certifications.
