Mike Wade has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at PAX Services Group since January 2024. Previously, they were the Chief Operating Officer at the same company from June 2023 to December 2023. Prior to that, Mike was the Co-Founder of Uplined in 2011, where they focused on creating solutions for businesses and property owners in the real estate industry. Mike also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Crete Mechanical Group from March 2021 to May 2023. Mike has held leadership positions at ABM Industries, where they were the Vice President and Senior General Manager from March 2016 to February 2021, and at Comfort Systems USA Southeast, where they served as the CEO from 2005 to 2010. Mike started their career at Gulfside Mechanical as an Operations Manager and later became the President of Neel Mechanical Contractors, Inc. (A Comfort Systems USA company).

Mike Wade earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pensacola Christian College in 1995. Mike later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, completing their studies in 2011.
